(1) Please submit images (jpegs only) via email. Professional images are accepted, but not necessary. One image should be a full frontal face shot, and the other a full length shot. Though not necessary, it will help us out a great deal if you can also include a smiling shot and a 3/4 length side view shot.
(2) Include your height, weight, age, and dress size (or suit size for men).
(3) Please include a contact phone number.
We will contact you if we are interested. If you are under 18 years of age, we will need your parents' consent and contact info, before moving forward.
